I'm impressed. A very short novella that held my interest and gave me a full body blush and tickle. Nell started her first day at work at a new company. There, she met Marc, who unbeknownst to her is very much apart of said company in a big way. Once formalities are out the way, these two brought a sexy interaction and chemistry to the story that was enjoyable.
While reading, the story makes you become a bit giddy. You know what's going to happening, but you can't wait for it to happen and become a bit intrigued as well. As quickly as they met, everything started moving along at a fast pace. The scenes in Marc's office was and is worth a read of this book. The BDSM was not hardcore, but make no mistake, it was very, very, very sexy and naughty. Although Nell had two diary entries, they were a bit funny and naive , but still funny. She didn't come across as a sexy bombshell, but her character was likeable. Marc, the moment I read about him, I literally wanted to jump in my kindle(impossible, I know) and rip his clothes off. He was very dominant and sexy.
Disappointments, the book isn't longer. However, my enjoyment supersedes that. If this was a series, that would make me excited.

Hot short story.
Nell gets her introduction to bdsm in a lovely way.
He respects her and gives her room to say no or to stop.
I would love to know what happens next between them.
But at least this story has an ending and a promise for the next book in these series.
Well Nell meets a hot guy on her 1st day at work, not knowing he is the boss's son. She then inserts her foot into her mouth with a remark against the son of the boss. Next time they meet up he is not mad at her and takes her to his office and not for dictation. I cannot wait to read the next book. This is a great short hot sexy read.
Nell finds herself with the boss's son on her first day. She inserts foot and chews vigorously as she insults him from ignorance of his identity. Several days later they meet again and the story becomes hot and steamy. It ends with a great lead in to another part to the story; we readers can only hope???
A great short story. It is Nell's first day at work and she meets Marc who turns out to be the boss's son. He is a Dom and wants her submission. She has never done any kink other than fluffy handcuffs. And just a few commands from him has her needing more. I loved this one and can't wait to read more. This is a first by Amy Valenti for me and I will be reading more soon.
Who hasn't had some sort of crush on the unattainable boss or teacher or whomever else that seems to be just out of your reach? Well this short story gives us just that. The new girl getting it on with the big boss' son! And boy is it HOT!! Office sex is always such a naughty super exciting event. I can't wait to read the next part!!
I do want to let you know tho this story is unfinished. They give you just enough chapters to get you hooked then the story cuts off with advertisement for the 2nd part.
This was a quick fun and sexy read. And yes just mostly sex but it is a cliffhanger so I'm sure more of the story line is in the later installments. Ok so this is definitely hot but it's a little to close to FSG.

I know it's hard not to be when FSG used basically everything in the BDSM world but there's a part when he Mr. C says I can't wait to use my flogger & ridding crop on you. Now why those two things specifically? Any if you're looking for something quick and steamy this is a good one.
Nell is the new intern at a large company primarily run by the Boss's son Marc Cassidy. First day jitters and the hope of making new friends has her insulting Marc to his face with no idea who he is. When realization dawns, she's sure she's going to be fired by the end of the week. However, Marc is actually still interested in our little Nell despite her insult, and he's not shy about what he's interested in.
This was good! I liked Nell's curiosity, I liked her personality, and her willingness to try things that were foreign to her without passing judgement. Marc was HOT! He's commanding without being overly intimidating. He made it clear to Nell (more than once) that she didn't have to do anything she didn't want to do, that she didn't have to worry about losing her job and that he cared about her reputation in the company. He showed himself to be considerate and caring of Nell, which is something that I'm starting to see less of in similar books. I'm looking forward to the next installment!
This is a BDSM short story, but it's light BDSM and good for the curious.
